To Whom It May Concern,
If anyones wondering the deal with IT2 & Xp. It's pretty simple actually.
1. Open c:\windows\system32
2. Edit the config.nt file
3. Add the lines emm=ram & change files=40 to files=60
4. Open c:\windows & delete the file _DEFAULT.PIF (extension may not show)
5. Right click & create a new short-cut
6. Enter command.com in the box
7. Name it _DEFAULT
8. Right click on the file you just made & select Properties
9. Now click the Memory tab - Change this from AUTO to the highest
10. Reboot
11. IMPORTANT!! - In CMOS setup disable USB Support For Legacy Devices
12. Save CMOS settings
13. Now install VDMSound
14. Test your configuration by opening _DEFAULT by typing MEM at the
command prompt
15. Open notepad & type in
dosdrv
it /sitsb16b.mmx
16. Save this text file as IT.BAT
17. Right click IT.EXE - select Properties - Click the Program tab
18. Edit the COMMAND line to point to the .BAT you just made.
You should now be able to run Impulse Tracker with no problems.
With the sb16b.mmx file, you should get main volumes for both left &
right side, as well as an left & right side equalizer which is quite nice.
Also, the choice of volume ramping & mmx filtered playback.

Nice house in the repetitive street. Great groove, and yes, quite repetitive, but it doesn't get boring because Keshiva obviously knows what he's doing. I liked listening to this stuff.
