this song.  Lie on the
floor on your back and look
at the ceiling.  Don't look
at the monitor, and if you
can see the monitor
directly, put something in
front of your line of
vision that way so you
don't see it.  Look at the
colours through your
eyelids that are being
being projected onto the
ceiling from your monitor.
This works best with white
ceilings.  Just listen
to the music, and relax.
