You stand at the cave
entrance with the party.
Lighting a lamp, you lead
them into the dark, damp
hole in the earth,
unsure of what may lie
within. Soon, you are
emerged in darkness, only
the flickering of the
feeble lamp lighting the
way. You feel the cool
rock as you staedy yourself
and the feel and sound of
sandy dust drinding between
your boot and the
unforgiving cave floor.
Every sound echoes at least
slightly. Everyone is
quiet, except for the
occasional clamber of
equipment. The mouth of the
cave is no longer in
sight, nor is the sunlight
coming from it. The cave
ahead splits into two
passages.....
