Overall Impression (6/10)

The overall impression of this song is ok, there's not much of a quality on the sound itself but the melody is quite enjoyable. On it's 2min this type of demo pop / rock song managed to create a good mood, even if that lead sample sometimes is little harsh on the ears. There's no ending, the artist choose to make a looping song, even if the playability isn't something i would request a lot.

Technique, Arrangement, Composition (8/10)

There's some thinking in here in terms of composition and arrangement of the different elements, mainly the melody, that the artist tries to vary through out the course of the song. There's attention to detail and the tracking technique is quite well done, too bad the selection and quality of the samples, giving them a harsh sound, hurting the replayability of the tune. Well this is a song from 95 so i understand a little the struggle to find some good samples.

Development (7/10)

Melody is the strong point in here so the artist thought about it and came up with a decent one, even if the poor quality of the samples degrades it quite a bit.

Creativity (5/10)

In terms of creativity there a basic piano with lead song, this genre is quite heard on the tracker community, because mostly is a good startup point to begin to learn melody transitions and it's structure, so in terms of innovation, new sound or experimentations, there's nothing new here. There's good use of the artist skills and the result is an ok song.

Enjoyment (6/10)

Quite a bit, but the quality of the samples really hurts the song, so i wouldn't be surprised if the listeners only listen to it once or twice. Good effort nevertheless ...
