What the author says is true. This mod by itself, as-is, is not very good. Almost entirely low-quality sequenced samples and ridculously choppy. Not to mention most of the samples are played one key too high, which for some reason makes the song sound a 1,000 times worse.

Ok, I will admit it,
this mod is not
very good.
If I had a decent
mod editor it would
be much easier! so:
someone make me a
good PC mod editor
ST3.0 would be nice
