Seems the modarchive.org online player is not correctly playing it — several samples are played on top of each other (not intended) quickly after one another, and it all sounds garbled compared to how it should sound. Maybe it’s not able to handle STK’s properly, probably because it’s not such a widely used format.
Some Danish composer made this, from samples from Barbarian the game (palace) (you will be able to see the sample names to verify that it is indeed danish :

klir = (klang noise),
ston/støn= (groan),
snit = (cut)
And the name “Bar Brian”, means “pure brian”, and brian the name in danish, “at være en brian” = “to be a brian”, usually has a negative connotation, to be of lesser intelligence, that likes cars and speed and tuning.
