This song consists of 7 samples (one guitar). It is 4 minutes and 41 seconds long. No other instruments are present although I think it would've benefited from drums. It's only the main melody of Metallica's Nothing Else Matters so it's easy to listen to, but really repetitive, considering the length. So I personally trimmed, edited it and kept it under 2 minutes. The guitar samples are actually quite good. I recommend this one if you're a person that enjoys relaxing music.
