Apart from the basic sound and a tad too loud leads, the tune's very nice. But still it's just your basic melodic and happy demostylish piece of lead-wankery that offers nothing really new. That was a compliment, by the way. ;)
This is a funky and very happy tune by Tito. There is a catchy bassline, nice melodies, a groovy rhythm and great variation! The leads are played on a flute and a nice synth sound, the chords are played on the piano and strings. The transitions between the different themes are just perfect. In fact, this tune never gets boring during the whole three minutes, it keeps interesting for all the time, as it varies a lot. The start is very promising, the groovy beat begins, then the bassline comes in, the tune builds up nicely - and all expections are fulfilled! I especially adore the changes in the chords and melodies. All in all, a very catchy and insanely happy peace of music! Okay, let's start with the samples. They are all in 8 bit quality, but they don't sound bad! To reduce file size, some samples are looped, although they should not be (e.g. Crash Cymbal) - they are faded out using instrument envelopes. But I didn't notice this while listening to the song, so it's no real issue. Let's talk about the patterns: The tune uses an alternating Fxx effect (Set Speed) to create the groovy rhythm. Tito uses a lot of effects in the tune, it's technically very advanced. Tito shows what he is able to do in this module: Nice usage of effects, spicing up samples and many other things.
