This is from the game Frozen Bubble I played back in 2010-2013. Good Times! I know it got featured when I uploaded this but it's still a good tune from Matthias Le Bidan! Playable in XMPlay and MilkyTracker! OpenMPT has issues so use the two players I mentioned in this comment.
