This song is a real masterpiece. It's has everything a song in this genre should. It has a beautiful melodie with a little bit sadness and of course "the feeling". That's what it has. More or less. It doesn't need anything else. It's pretty complete. And if you like slow and beautiful songs then download this. If you don't you'll be sorry. Moonrise has defintly a place in my playlist and is one of the best mods I've ever heard. Little Elk takes out the best of of every instrument in this song. The instruments are perfectly blended with each other. The main theme says there in the background somewhere the whole song but the rest of the song is so varieted so you never get bored of it. Not even after the 50th time.

"It Was MidNight And The Full Moon Shone Down At Me, Like A Sun, But More
Mysterious, And Even More Beautiful. She Stood There, Not Knowing What To
Think of Me. It Was Then That I Realized That I Loved Her, of All My Heart
I Truly Did. The Dark Water Was Calm, And The Trees Were Still. And There
Was No Sound of The Men Hunting Us. Her Beautiful Dress Was Torn And Her
Legs Showed, Although Not Indecently. Her Skin Was Pale, Or Maybe It Was
Just The Moonlight. Night Is Strange, And This Was The Strangest One. None
of Us Talked. The Soldiers Took Us By Surprise, And We Fled, And I Felt
The Curse of My Blood-Line Touch Me When One Single Cloud Drifted Past The
Moon. It Was Dark Then, And I Lost Her. I Heard Her Screams As The
Soldiers Took Her Away..."

This Is An Oldie-But-A-Goodie (Me Thinks) Re-Released For My AD&D Song
Collection: 'Skies of Caradaldan'

Hear Also: BottomDweller, Prince of Darkness, Rise of Shadow, Towers of
Despair And Let The Dragon Fly.

It Might Not Sound Like One, But This Is A Love Song... A Sad One At That.

It Starts With The Rising of The Moon, Slowly And Mysterious.
(The Lady Mentioned Above Is Now Out In Her Garden, Outside of Her
Quarters In The Castle. Boragin Is Watching Her Secretly.)
When The Moon Is Up, All The Elements of Night Arrive.
(This Is When She Was Attacked And Boragin Came To Her And Saved Her. The
Music Describes The Chase Into The Forest.)
It's MidNight And Even The Animals Fall Quiet. Even They Know That
SomeThing Is Different This Night.
(Boragin And The Princess Pauses By A Small Lake In The Forest Near The
Castle, The Followers Are Gone.)
Second Chapter of The Night, Past MidNight, Another Theme Now. (Just So
You Know It, I Didn't See Terminator Before I Made This Song.)
(This Time It Is Boragin Chasing The Soldiers, But He Looses Them In The
Night. For The First Time He Kills A Man. He Spends The Rest of The Night
Searching The Forest. He Will See The Princess Twice More Before She
Dies.)
MoonSet. The Animals of The Night Are Silent.
