Ooohh.. this track is a Remix of the well know cotton eye joe by rednex. The artist has ripped loops from the song and added a few of their own samples, a bass drum and a snare drum (which are used quite poorly). The major concern of the song is what the artist has actually done to improve/change the song. The only difference i could tell was that the sample quality has dropped considerablly, but besides that it is relativly the same. The artist oviously took the time to record the samples and fit them into a song, so that deserves some credit, and if you like the original song then you might like it. The biggest problem of this song is the lack of originality and the speed change halfway through where instead of making a new melody or something the artist just decided to spped it up, now this is something that you really must avoid. As for the reversed main speech samples. Don't bother trying to cover up the repeated main theme like that. Actually make something that will make it less repetative by chagning the chorous or putting ina guitar solo or something like that, be original!
