I was inspired to write this after I heard Kenji Ito's beautiful version of "Angel's Fear" off of the SD3 soundtrack. My extreme gratitude to Ded Silence for the great koto sample I lifted from his song "Shyndou". I've used this sample in about 80% of the songs I've written in the last six months, because it sounds more like an acoustic guitar than my guitar samples do. :) "Shyndou" also happens to be the very best .S3M song I've ever heard. I urge you to hunt it down if you don't already have it. Visit my homepage at: http://www.nyx.net/~spordon PS: if you think you know where the "unknown" samples came from, let me know.

This is a boring song. SOme of the samples don't fit right in the song. The synth chosen is bothersome. The piano sounds good but the melody created with it is again, boring. The patterns change up enough to make an entire song. The panning that is used caused a poplike sound on the left. Not all that great. Some samples a better than others but they're all 8bit. The writer employs a very wide chord which just floats up and down. Nothing special here. The entire melody is a few different wide and slow chords. I think the synth string used was wrong for this, and overall the song just doesn't have any guts.
