Ce soir là j’avais encore passé mon temps derrière la TV à regarder les clips sur MTV, et j’avais été marqué par Ain’t talking about dub, du groupe Apollo 440, dans un style un peu spécial proche de The Prodigy et des musiques Demoscène tels que celles que j’avais pu découvrir dans un CD de démos de la dernière Assembly !
Je me lançais donc avec ses multiples inspirations à essayer de faire moi aussi un morceau “Dub/Demoscène”, en faisant évoluer une même mélodie dans différents modes.
Un tout grand merci à Laurent Mazzapicchi pour son synthé dont j’abuse complètement…. V, tu pourras constater qu’il devrait être assez difficile de jouer ce ryhtme sur une vraie batterie !

That nights, i have watched MTV and was intersted by the song Apollo 440 – Ain’t talkin’ ’bout dub, a song that sounds as The Prodigy… Another inspiration source was songs i’ve listened from the last Assembly Demopary in 1996, that i’ve found in my PC Fun CD-Rom.
So i also try to write such kind of Dub/Demoscene song letting evoluate my melodies in different moods…
A great thanks to Laurent Mazzapicchi for the abuse of his synthesizer… V, you could hear that it would be difficult for you to play a drum like that ! - cyborg jeff
