Looking at the unfairness of the world, there is a feeling
that we have to do something about it - but one person alone
can't have the power to bring justice everywhere.

This is about the desire for power and to use that power for
good - the song's subject turned in to an almost
Iron Savior-like figure, watching the world from the sky.
