Console Players / GBA: Pogoshell
« on: August 26, 2008, 03:43:57 »
Pogoshell is the most innovating program made for your GBA/Flash card. It's like an operating system that allows you to manage roms, savefiles, play music and view images with a simple graphical interface.

Well, a nice tool for the GBA :D You can play MODs, NSF, MIDI, WAV and other stuff..
And turn your Gameboy Advance (micro) into a portable MOD player  ;D

i noticed that milkytrackers (and also some Amiga trackers) MODs are still strange if you load them into Protracker: some samples have a "beeeep" tone after playing the sample...

This "bug" i also present when you save MODs with Stonetracker on Amiga

« on: November 19, 2007, 22:34:50 »

as old protracker fanatic i would make a small "present" for all other who loves the protracker GUI (i found the trackers on pouet) :

DigiStudio / The Space Pigs

Features: 4 chans, based on Amiga Noisetracker
(Digistudio supports some Exx commands too (Set Filter too)),
Build-in Sample Editor,
Soundcard support: Speaker, Covox, Soundblaster, Voice / Soundmaster, Stereo Covox.

TakeTracker / X-Pose

Features: 1 - 16 chans, (1CHN - 16CH),
Build in Sample Editor,
Soundcard support: Gravis Ultrasound & Soundblaster

Protracker 4 GUS / Epical
Features: Only loading of MODs is possible, PT4GUS cannot load samples (lol),
Soundcard support: GUS only

Whacker Tracker / The Codeblasters

Features: based on Amiga Noisetracker, supports "Set Filter",
Loading Amiga & PC samples but sadly no build in Sample editor.
Soundcard support: Soundblaster, SBPro, Covox, Speaker, Stereo Covox.
New Soundblaster & GUS drivers are here:

MilkyTracker Feature Requests / more customizing
« on: October 16, 2007, 20:47:34 »

i find milkytracker is a good try to port fastracker & taketracker to windows platforms...
but i didnt like the fact, that the buttons (play, stop, ...) are to small on a big screen...
customizing the size of the buttons would be a cool feature...
