It can't. It could, if there was a developer interested in adding that. Pailes isn't actively developing the tracker anymore and something tells me that even if he was, this wouldn't be a high priority.

But not to worry, I hear Open ModPlug Tracker does import MIDI files. You could use it to export the song to .XM and then open that in MilkyTracker. Another option could be MID2XM but it's getting a little old already and there may be compatibility issues with the more recent Windows versions.

OpenMPT is horrible at importing MIDI files and I have no plans on improving this legacy code (see! Noone is interested in programming this! ;D), but MID2XM is an excellent option. It's a bit more work to set it up, but it does really good conversions. On the other hand, there's also BeRoTracker, which has a good MIDI import feature, too.
