Hi everyone!

I've noticed that this sample (or a similar one) is used in a lot of modules:

Some examples:
Sample 18 of cd_orbit.mod and cd_axelf.mod
Sample 16 of Stardust Memories
Sample 14 of enigma.mod
Sample 25 of skyrider.s3m

Does anyone know the origin of this sample?

Thanks, but that's not what I needed. I wanted to know what synthesizer it originates from.

Can't say for sure either, but it sounds like a standard sync lead passed through a heavy flanger effect. May or may not be a preset but should be possible to recreate something similar-sounding without too much effort.
