I have no way of testing buzz format.
I did go online to check if there was anything to play them, but it seems that loading old .bmx files on the modern day equivalent is fraught with issues.
Check out online for a solution (not sure there is one) to non loading buzz files as lots of people were having trouble loading old tunes.

Do you want me to send the 2 .bmx files separately from a backup? (maybe they only got corrupted during the zipping process)..
And, how do you tell if they are corrupted or not? Not sure if I have anything that plays buzz files.

I have both 98 & 2k. Never got the 97 collection, don't know why I never bought that one unless it wasn't available back when I bought the other 2 CD collections..
I just realised, I don't have a CD or DVD reader on my computer anymore and haven't for a number of years.
Just found an old portable player at the bottom of the wardrobe and surprisingly it still works
I've zipped both tw2k cds and tested the archives and they threw up no errors. What you want me to do with them?
*Also* - I haven't virus scanned them. The reason for this is I have a backup of all demoscene archives cds/dvds that I have on an external drive. I'm sure in the past, I would have done a full system scan and any dodgy files would have been deleted from any of the demos. I have no idea if the deleted files are real threats or just some false/positive issues. This archive is just a straightforward zip all contents to preserve the integrity of the cds.

Sadly, I think another module uncredited. I have never understood why someone would create something and want no one to know about it.

Dunno really, I always refer to them as pattern scrolling effects. I'd be more interested in knowing how you actually go about planning the actual scroll effects while playing a module tbh.
