Yeah, I sent them a response asking them to review that ridiculous stance. As the distributor of the illicit material, they're the final link in the chain and have the easiest time resolving the case.

Apparently no amount of pressure will change their stance. I'm too busy to be sending copyright claims to youtube atm, will do it some time when feeling like it.

Funny thing with these ripped albums, none of them are making more than $5 a year anyway. Just a matter of principle to take them down.

...and in the end, it could prevent you or others from spreading your own music for free because that distributor would claim that it's theirs.

apparently babylon project's what happened in the forest album just got taken down from youtube so.... justice served?
