Hi guys, I'm requesting an API key
- Type: Mod music player with the ability to have playlists, favourites etc. - Platform: Android (for now), maybe iOS in the future but I don't have an iPhone. - Predicted demand: I love mods / trackers and I personally would just love a way to be able to use Mod Archive on my phone, listening to tunes in the car. But I want to do it in with a familiar interface for phones. Maybe people will gel with it, but for the moment I don't foresee huge demand. Far less than the maximum in your documentation. - Commercial interest: No commercial interest, I'm an open-source software developer and supporter so I'd be putting the source code up for all. This really would be a passion project Think like searching Mod Archive, and then when I've found a mod I like, I can favourite it. That favourite syncs with Mod archive. That kind of thing would be really cool. Thanks a lot! This really is a great website! |

I'm looking for mods that are a bit different from the standard 4/4 signature, better if they're danceable.
For now I found a few 3/3 odd waltz chiptunes, which are a lot of fun, and a few odd experimental ones that didn't have regular patterns, but with a few exceptions nothing very good. |

BassoonTracker 0.5.0 is out! https://www.stef.be/bassoontracker/ Now with Playlist support, Favorites, Social Sharing, Collapsible panels and more. Do try out the "random playlist" function. It's using (Duh...) the ModArchive database (or a cached version of it anyway) to randomly select 20 songs. great fun!
