Thanks for the investigation! Much appreciated. I created a Dropbox link, but I'm not sure if it's okay to share mods like this, as I obtained it around 30 years ago at a demo party. It would be nice to have it in this awesome archive that brings back so many fine memories.

It would be very helpful to at least provide a link to the module because given the provided song title, I cannot find it on The Mod Archive, and also not on ModLand.
There's a Demozoo profile with the same nickname that could refer to the same person, and there's a real name provided in the in the sample texts of the two modules listed there: https://demozoo.org/sceners/89247/ No idea if that helps tracking down the person. The first search result for the full name including the middle name that I could find is unfortunately an obituary for a person born in 1980, which would be a fitting age for someone releasing some modules in the mid-late 90s. :\ |

rename to "quazar-phandral_-_first_encounters.xm" reason: those "dupe-preventing" numbers at the end of the filename proof of authorship: https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=ywnVR097OmE&t=310s |

I'm building a game and want to include this old track from my youth in a boss fight, but I can't find any information about the artist to inquire about licensing. It's an old S3M track with limited details. It does have the title "Gravity 7 By Kyp of Flash Spectrum," but searching on Google hasn't yielded any information. Does anyone know of another alias or have any contact info?
Complete Metadata: Gravity 7 Gravity 7 By Kyp of Flash Spectrum Most instruments from: Shadowrun/Purple Motion Catch that Goblin/Skaven Daisy Chain Email us at: Much appreciated, if you have any information at all. /Tony |

rename to "stargazer_-_alku.mod" reason: those "dupe-preventing" numbers at the end of the filename, since there's already another tune with the filename "alku.mod" proof it's by stargazer: https://demozoo.org/music/18234/ |

Hello, World!
I'm looking for a track which is essentially a remix / cover of 'Heaven or Las Vegas' by Cocteau Twins (YouTube link: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6KnYw4EwYGc) By that I mean I think the artist got the vocals, and added their own instrumental backings. In my head, I thought it was probably made by Necros or Basehead or some big name like this - but couldn't find anything. Does that ring a bell to anyone? 🙏 Thanks! |
